Digital delivery

The personalized song is a digital product with an MP3 and private gift page. If purchased, the optional $7 printable lyric card PDF is available to download from the same private gift page when your song is ready. Print it at home or through your preferred printer. No physical item is shipped. Delivery instructions are sent to the email address entered at checkout. An email being accepted by a mail server does not guarantee inbox placement; check spam and contact support if it does not arrive.

Production and timing

The free lyric draft contains editable text, not generated audio. After payment, we may send the approved order to our AI music provider to begin audio production, then review it for delivery. Paid production can start shortly after payment. Do not assume instant delivery or a guaranteed holiday or event deadline. We do not currently publish a standard turnaround range. If you need the gift for a particular date, contact us before paying to confirm availability.

Delays and inability to deliver

We will contact you if an order needs clarification or experiences a material delay and explain available timing, cancellation or refund options. If we cannot create or deliver the purchased product, we will issue a full refund. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected; read the Refund Policy.

Your review

Check the exact lyrics, names, facts and pronunciation guidance before approving them. New details or changes after approval can require separately agreed work; material errors made by Mementara are handled under the correction and refund policy.

Access and safekeeping

Gift-link access can be affected by technical or security issues. Download the finished file and keep a backup. If a link or download does not work, email support@mementara.com using the purchasing email address.
