The service and seller contact

Mementara offers made-to-order digital gifts. Contact us at support@mementara.com for order, cancellation or policy questions. The personalized song purchase is $29 for a digital song, MP3 and private gift page; no physical item is shipped. An optional printable lyric card costs $7, for a combined $36 song and card order. The card is a digital PDF of your approved lyrics, available on the same private gift page when your song is ready. It may use additional pages for longer lyrics; no printed card or shipping is included. Any different offer must be described before payment.

AI-assisted creation

The free starter draft arranges your supplied words into editable lyrics; it is not an audio preview. Finished vocals and music are generated using AI tools, including ElevenLabs, rather than a human singer performing your order. Minor creative differences in phrasing, tone and arrangement can occur. Examples labeled fictional, illustrative or AI-generated are demonstrations, not customer testimonials or guaranteed reactions.

Your approval and production

Review and approve the exact lyrics, names, facts and pronunciation guidance before paying. Your checkout acknowledgment authorizes production from that material. For the song cancellation policy, audio production begins when we send the first music-generation request for your approved order to our generation provider after payment. Creating or editing a free lyric draft does not begin paid audio production. Production may begin shortly after payment; do not assume a waiting or cancellation window. Submitted content and permissions

You retain the rights you already have in submitted material and give Mementara a limited license to process it with service providers to create, deliver, support and secure your order. Submit only content you have the rights and permissions to provide. Do not include unnecessary sensitive information or another person’s protected material without permission. We will not use your private gift, photos or story in marketing without separate permission; purchasing a gift does not grant that permission.

Acceptable use

Do not request unlawful, deceptive, hateful, harassing, infringing or sexually exploitative content, unauthorized voice cloning, or artist impersonation. Describe a genre or mood rather than requesting a named artist, songwriter, song, album, label or publisher, or supplying copied song lyrics. We may reject material that cannot safely or lawfully be processed.

Use of the finished gift

The offer is for personal, non-commercial gifting: downloading, playing and sharing the finished gift with friends and family. It does not promise exclusive rights, copyright registration, or that AI-generated material qualifies for copyright protection. Commercial use, resale, streaming distribution or use in paid advertising is not included and requires separate written confirmation of applicable rights. Nothing in these terms grants rights that Mementara does not have.

Payment, delivery and remedies

Stripe processes payment. Payment-plan availability and financing terms are set by the payment provider. Read our delivery information and Refund Policy before purchase. If we cannot lawfully create or deliver a paid order, we will refund it in full. Minor creative variation does not excuse material errors or non-delivery.

Consumer rights and policy records

These terms do not exclude or limit rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including any applicable statutory cancellation, refund or dispute rights. At checkout we record the submitted acknowledgment, policy version and server timestamp with the payment records. New policy versions apply to new orders; existing orders retain the terms accepted when placed.
